Description
Funded through UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking providers to partner with the Employment & Skills Team at Solihull Council, to deliver 3 exciting opportunities to support our residents into work and help our employers to develop inclusive recruitment tools, offering wraparound support from resident referral to job outcome. We are seeking interested providers to bid for 3 lots of contracts and you can do this as a single provider or multiple organisations, we are seeking providers that want to work in collaboration, have a great track record in delivering employment and/or business support in the region and that can mobilise and deliver within the contract periods. There are 3 lots and your organisation(s) can submit applications for single or multiple delivery using the grant application form that has been split into 3 categories (see specification): -
• Lot 1 - Employer Engagement
• Lot 2 - Deliver outreach and community activity to promote employment support and create new engagements for the Employment and Skills Team
• Lot 3 - Create and deliver a range of interventions to improve jobseekers' Health and Wellbeing
Bidders have until Friday 9th February 2024 to submit applications and the Council is looking to confirm successful bids by 29th February 2024.
