Description

THCH wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake void works at properties owned/managed by THCH. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.

It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of twelve months, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of three years. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH. The estimated contract value for voids works is £185,000 (exc VAT) per annum. Please note that there is no guarantee of work, this will depend on performance and changes to how THCH operate in the future.
