Description

To provide an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which is an employee benefit programme that helps employees assist with personal problems and/or work related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. EAP's generally offer;

- 24 hour telephone support. Trained and experienced counsellors to provide support on a wide range of personal and work related issues

- Website. Access to an employee website which provides information via booklets, fact / information sheets, articles, audio recordings, podcasts, on-line seminars, links to other websites. Key areas include family, work, money, and health and well-being.

- Manager support and guidance. Advice and support when handling difficult and sensitive issues within their teams and guidance regarding their own personal development.

- Face to face counselling to be made available as appropriate.
