Objective

These terms of reference are for a Technical Assistance Facility with the purpose of supporting establishment of Energy Africa Compacts in up to 14 African countries, each of which is adapted to the country context and agreed between the participating country, DFID and other donor partners (as active in the respective countries).

The outcome of the TA provided and the establishment of Compacts will be accelerated investment and deployment of household solar systems, and therefore accelerated energy access in each target country.
