Lancaster University require the services of a competent Contractor to:
• Deliver Hot and Cold-Water Monitoring and Inspection Services in accordance with HSE L8, HSG274, and the LCA Standard for the Delivery of Hot and Cold Water Monitoring and Inspection Services.
• The findings, significance of results, and recommendations shall be recorded on Planon.
• Assist the Safety and Compliance Manager as a competent person one day per month at Lancaster University Campus to evaluate the results of monitoring and inspection and recommend actions to control significant risks [The Reporter].
• Prepare a monthly report based upon Section 6 Verification and Control of the LCA Standards for Service Delivery [The Reporter].
• Carrying out the monitoring and inspection tasks and interpreting results [Technician]. The interpretation and communication of the results shall not be generic responses as the Client is seeking a competent evaluation of the risks and the control measures that provide the Client with reasonably practicable actions.
