Description

The College is inviting tenders for the provision of Electronic Scanning Services. In order to facilitate a seamless transition the College intend to engage in a mobilisation process commencing January 2018 with go live (\"Go Live\") planned for 02 March 2018.

The College has recently undertaken a full review of archiving services, documents held and the archiving policy. The College now supports a fully electronic archiving policy and has removed all requirements for hard copy storage, though wishes to secure pricing for this provision should the need arise. Furthermore at this point in time the College do not wish to utilise off site / cloud storage but retain the right to investigate this at a later date should this become a requirement.

It is the College's preference to award a single contract. In the event that an appropriate solution for the College is not agreed the College reserves the right to withdraw from the tender process and seek alternative procurement options.
