Description

Reinstatement works to 3 no. adjacent ground floor flats, including renewing floating floors, re-plastering walls, renewing skirtings, kitchens & bathrooms complete with complete re-wire to all properties & complete redecoration, reinstating radiators to 2 no. flats & complete central heating installation to 1 no. flat.
Re-wiring works & complete C/H installation to be carried out by IBC Term Contractors with successful tenderer acting as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations.
