Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of insolvency correspondence handling services

Insolvency practitioners (IPs) communicate back and forth with creditors - Birmingham City council, which can result in many communications and resources being utilised. This can result in inefficiencies in the dealing with the administration of insolvencies when supporting those going through an Individual Voluntary Arrangement for example. As such, the Council require a service that can remove avoidable communication, automate and handle IP correspondence thus increase the efficiency of our service.

The requirements cover Platform/ System functions, Assessment and Identification of Vulnerability and Outcomes and Reporting.

This contract will be for a period of 3 years commencing 17/07/2023 until 16/07/2026.
