To carry out works to Highgate Library inclusive of:
• Minor internal refurbishment to ground floor including decoration.
• Installation of new wayfinding signage and noticeboards to all floors.
• Installation of new platform lift.
• Creation of new staff room, and WC's to ground & first floor.
• M&E works in support of new layout including re-wire and new boiler with radiant heat panels.
• Strip out of existing Data and CCTV cabling.
• Installation of Cat6a cabling/ containment for new IT and CCTV installations.
• New flooring to ground and first floor.
• Installation of new LED based lighting throughout the ground and first floors.
