Description

This tender relates to the management and operation of the "Shell Store" building to deliver a number of economic and business growth outputs on behalf of Herefordshire Council. The contract is for five years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The council want to appoint an experienced supplier who has prior knowledge of successfully managing and operating a business incubation centre or managed workspace with a range of support services.
