Description

Breckland and South Holland District Councils operate as two separate Local Authorities. To make efficiencies, the councils entered into a shared management arrangement, which also shares some services across both councils.
The Corporate Improvement and Performance team is a shared department, responsible for the collection and analysis of data and business intelligence.
Therefore, the Performance team requires a customer segmentation and profiling system for both Councils and their respective geographical boundaries, which can be accessed from a central application.
