Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has floated a tender for Adult Learning Service's Pseudo Framework for Delivery Partners for a five year period from 2023 to 2028. We are seeking delivery partners who work in the Borough with local residents, delivering to a wide range of needs, through a variety of adult learning curriculum areas. There are two Lots available - one aimed at smaller organisations with less experience of delivering adult learning to the expected standards, the other for larger contracts up to £220,000. The tender is closing on 18 Aug 2023 12:00pm. Bidders will find further information about the Tender, how to complete an application and can request the complete Tender document by Registering on the e-tendering portal ( https://www.capitalesourcing.com ). All tenders must be completed through capitalEsourcing.

Following the way Local Authorities are funded for Adult Learning Services from the Greater London Authority, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea ("Local Authority") is in the position to expand its offer of funding to a wider range of providers to meet a broad range of skills and services. The proposed Framework Agreement will allow The Authority to recruit additional external delivery partners to expand the Adult Learning offer to our residents. The Pseudo Framework is cost neutral to the Local Authority, and will call-off the services of external delivery partners from the Pseudo Framework when there is a recognised need from residents. Contracts will be agreed with partners from the Pseudo Framework annually for the period of the framework. New applications to the pseudo-framework will be enabled annually from February to April each year. Exact dates will be confirmed via the link ( https://www.capitalesourcing.com ). We expect potential providers to meet a number of minimum standards; these are detailed in the ITT. We advise all interested providers to read the entire ITT and all the tender documents before submitting their Tenders.
