Description

The current site on Ravensbury Phase One consists of 50 number derelict garages and a two storey building; all of which will require demolition. The scope of works will include:
Completion of the design from RIBA Stage 3 onwards;
Site clearance, site set-up and remediation works;
Demolition of the existing apartment block (64-70 Ravensbury Grove) and 50 number garages;
Construction of 14 number residential flats across two blocks, 4 number residential Riverfront Houses, and 3 number Mews Houses;
All associated utilities works and drainage;
