Description

Consultancy:
The City Council is seeking to appoint specialist advisers to undertake an extensive mapping consultation exercise programme with communities, partners and stakeholders - in preparation for the development of a fundraising plan/pipeline of potential heritage/placemaking projects and to support the submission of potential heritage places grant applications. Aligned with the provision of a fundraising resource (tool-kit) and mentoring/advice support sessions for small community groups and voluntary organisations - building capacity, expertise and fundraising know-how.

Evaluation Consultancy:
The City Council is seeking to appoint a specialist adviser to undertake a programme evaluation role, in support of the Heritage Places Collaboration (Development) Project. Providing monitoring processes/feedback reviews and delivering mentoring advice at key phases/milestones during the programme - including the coordination and completion of a Final Evaluation Report.

Engagement Networker:
The City Council is seeking to appoint a Community Engagement Networker, over a 12-month contract, to undertake extensive community consultation in support of the Heritage Places Collaboration (Development) Project. Developing a varied programme of activities, to facilitate a coordinated vision/focus, and deliver a community-led approach to heritage placemaking across Stoke-on-Trent. Working in partnership with a range of regional/local organisations and across public, private and voluntary sectors.
