Description

National Non-Domestic Rates Processing Services

The Revenues and Benefits Service for Slough Borough Council (\"the Authority\") has been provided via a managed service for the last seven years. From 1 November 2019 the services will be returned to the Authority and will be administered in-house.
National Non-Domestic Rates (NNDR) also known as Business Rates (BRates) will be returning to Slough on 1 November 2019 with limited or no resource to administer the service. The Authority therefore wishes to enter into a contract to administer the service for up to 9 months while the Authority reviews the service offering and recruits an in-house team. Bidders should note that the Authority will seek to scale down the contract during its lifetime as it recruits staff.
