Description

The University of Warwick has a requirement is seeking proposals from suppliers of fresh and artificial floral displays, planter arrangements and associated items with a view to forming framework agreement to meet the University's needs. The agreement will cover decorative plant arrangements of a mix of both fresh and artificial flowers for events on campus and delivery outside of the University, along with long term hire of displays for University Departments.

The Framework will be split into three lots, detailed below.
Lot 1 - One-off Projects
Lot 2 - Long Term Hire
Lot 3 - Ad Hoc and Small Scale Requirements
It is anticipated that the agreement will be awarded to a minimum of one supplier in each lot. Bidders may tender for one or more of the lots; where efficiencies may exist for award to be made to a sole supplier across lots, this should be detailed in supplier tender returns.
