Description
Supply and Delivey of Byelaws Boundary Marker Stones.
Normal Ground Application and Bedrock Application - Equilateral triangle marker to be constructed using fine mix white concrete to standard fence post specification. Dimensions, an option of 1000mm or 750mm height, 300mm width and 300mm depth, with 20mm radius rounded corners. The top is to be angled at 45 degrees. Enclosing a single vertical 25mm central re-inforcing bar to within 50mm of top surface. Two horizontal steel rods 25mm x 500mm will be required to be inserted through marker sides (holes drilled to 27mm dia - the lower at a minimum height of 50mm from the base to act as spreader bars to facilitate installation). The rods must be supplied separately to enable insertion into the marker on site prior to installation. A crow's foot motif on all three vertical faces to be inscribed to a depth of 7mm.
Flat Paviour Stone - Flat type paviour marker stone to be constructed using fine mix white concrete. Dimensions: 458mm x 229mm x 102mm.
Excavate hole 458 mm x 229 mm x 152mm
Supply, spread and tramp mix concrete into hole to depth of 50 mm.
Insert marker to sit flush to ground. Manufacture as per adjacent sketches. To be constructed using fine mix white concrete. Motif on face (as specified) to be inscribed to a depth of 7mm.
Delivery must be palletised and provided by national delivery system within a five day delivery period.
The contractor will be required to supply and deliver to any directed site within six weeks of calling off by the Supervising Officer.
