Description

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry out the conversion of an existing dwelling house to specialist accommodation suitable for a Children's Home.
The Riddings is an existing dwelling house which it is proposed will become a Children's Home to care for children and young adults.

The contract is to carry out works to make it more suitable for its new use.

The works will include, but are not limited to, stripping out, replacement of existing floor slabs & external walls, insertion of new windows, construction of new partitions and ceilings, new toilet & store facilities, together with associated drainage, electrical and mechanical services works

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
