Description

It is a requirement of this tender that bidders can demonstrate a minimum of three years' experience of delivering Care, Support and Enablement services for adults (mainly aged 18-64) with disabilities within Supported Living accommodation-based services which incorporate communal facilities and are staffed on a 24-hour basis.
Whilst most of the CSE services required under the Contracts will fall outside of the scope of the Care Quality Commission's (CQC) definition of Regulated Activity, it is a requirement of this tender that bidders have an active registration with the CQC for delivering personal care services. The successful bidder/s will need to ensure that any personal care delivered in relation to these services is covered by their CQC registration/s before the Contracts commence.

The accommodation must be available for occupation no later than 10 months after the award date.
