Description
Repairs and maintenance as needed to empty council properties (Voids) as needed to get the property ready for the next tenants. Based on a Whole Home Improvement method so all works needed happen at same time.

EPL is a not-for-profit organisation offering specialist compliant framework agreements, social landlords and other public sector bodies, predominantly in the Eastern region.
