Description

The Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to carry out non-licensed asbestos removal works within its domestic property portfolio which comprises circa 8500 properties spread across the county area. The Contractor will help ensure that Council requirements for planned investment works and repairs and maintenance are met. Work is to be carried out in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, HSG 247 and any other relevant legislation and/or health and safety guidance.
