Walsall Council is looking to appoint a single Care Act Advocacy Provider to deliver a seamless service to users who are eligible for independent advocacy support under the Care Act 2014. The provider will work in partnership with relevant statutory, independent and voluntary bodies to deliver high quality instructed and non-instructed advocacy to people with a wide variety of communication needs.
