Description

Digital IT accountable for the provision of a range of IT services based on ITIL, we have an ongoing requirement for the provision of training to ensure our teams have the very latest knowledge available to them. Our core functions are:

• Application delivery including development and test
• Architecture both service and enterprise and business analysis.
• Service management including incident, problem and change & networks.
• Digital strategy including asset management, business and servicer continuity, value stream mapping, PMO, UX and business relationship and contract management.
• Delivery this includes project and programme management.

As an outline the last batch of training we procured included the following items and on top of this we will be looking at increasing AI knowledgebase.
