Description

The scope of the works involves:

1. The removal of existing flooring and renewing finishes in the communal corridors, stairs, kitchens and toilets.

2. Re-decoration of the communal corridors, stairs, kitchens and toilets.

3. Re-decoration of the external rendering, woodwork and metal work.

The Council advises all potential suppliers to fully acquaint themselves with the site conditions and scope of the works required.
