Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience (including experience of working on a listed building) and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the repair and refurbishment of a Grade II listed dwelling arranged over 3 storeys, at 3 Fernside Avenue, Huddersfield.
