Description

The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) provides the motoring public with the option to pay for Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) by Direct Debit. The current service handles over 12 million mandates per year (offering customers the option to pay on a monthly, six-monthly or annual basis). The contractual arrangement will expire on 30 September 2018 so DVLA intends to engage with the supply market to explore options for a replacement solution.
