Description

The Group plays an active role in buying back ex-local authority stock within the M22 & M23 area as part of the wider Development Strategy.
There is currently an aspirational target of 20 units a year to be purchased through this programme.
The Specification is for refurbishment of the 'Buy Back' properties.
In addition, there may be ad hoc repair work required on new build developments (completing minor works where the developer does not fulfil its defects repair obligations).
