Description

The Customer requires external legal support to complement the Defra group Commercial ("DgC") team and the Government Legal Department ("GLD") in supporting the DDTS Unified Communications contract portfolio.

The Supplier shall provide advice and/or drafting on aspects of contract law, commercial law and public procurement law relevant to the Unified Communications contract portfolio as requested by the Customer from time to time.

The contract commenced on 26 May 2021 and will end on completion of the Services and, in any event, by the longstop date of 31 March 2023.

Estimated fees range £30k to £155k.
