Description
Doncaster Children's Services Trust Limited wish to approach the Market as part of an Open Tender Procedure for the provision of an Integrated, Cloud Based Solution to manage the Human Resources, Learning and Development, Finance and Payroll Services for the Trust.The Trust is a growing business therefore the solutions proposed should be capable of responding to Trust's developing requirements. For clarity the Trust wishes only to enter into an agreement with one party and welcomes responses from providers able to deliver the full solution as a sole contractor or manage the solution through consortium or sub-contracted arrangements. The initial contract term will be three (3) years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of 24 months at the discretion of the Trust. The overall aim of the ITT is to secure an Integrated, Cloud Based Solution that assists the Trust to:
• To meet its financial obligations within the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 102. • To pay its staff accurately and timely, having made all required deductions and in compliance with UK tax and local government pension regulations. • Effectively and efficiently manage all key human resources functions. • To provide a comprehensive, efficient, user-friendly and informative core finance system. • To provide a comprehensive, efficient and user friendly learning and development solution • To achieve maximum operational efficiency through lean and efficient business processes • Gain excellent value for money
The new solution must include the following integrated core modules and functionality and have the ability to fully interact with each other;
