Description

The key requirement is data for new orders in the construction industry, in the form of quarterly estimates of the construction value for new orders contracts won in the reference quarter. This is required at an aggregated level by location and work type, alongside detailed briefing information at the contract level, and a summary of any trends or movements in the data. Additional data at the contract level is also required, to enable improvements to methodology for modelling construction output by type of work and region - a methodology which currently uses new orders data as its data source.
