Description
This contract is for a Client Adviser to the Council's Housing Development Service Manager to provide a Development Surveying and Cost Consultancy Service to progress through from feasibility stage a number of sites for residential development. The services will include viability analysis, developing full business cases, project execution plans, financial appraisals, site appraisals, elemental cost plans and risk management.
Conditions of Contract: NEC3 Professional Services (Option G for use of Task Orders).
Contract Duration: 4 years.
No minimum value to this contract; services will be scheduled post-contract as they arise and Task Orders issued accordingly.
