Description

Birmingham City Council on behalf of the GBSLEP is conducting the procurement exercise using the Accelerated Open Procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the Public Procurement (Amendments, Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 2016. The publication of this Invitation to Tender Document Suite (ITT) in no way commits the GBSLEP to award any contract pursuant to any procurement process.

The GBSLEP wishes to establish pilot Contract(s) to support the delivery of the Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Peer Network Activity provided through the GBSLEP Growth Hub Peer Networks for the following lots by industry sector:

o Lot 1 - Advanced Manufacturing;
o Lot 2 - Business, Financial, Professional and Services, including independent Training Providers
o Lot 3 - Creative Industries;
o Lot 4 - Energy and Low Carbon;
o Lot 5 - Life Sciences & Healthcare

This pilot will last until 31st March 2021 (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).

The contract will be awarded on the following basis:
o One supplier to be awarded per lot (Note: A supplier may be awarded to multiple lots)
