Description
The provider will be expected to deliver a combination of desk-based research and consultation with combined authorities and their constituent councils in order to assess and identify the opportunities for combined authorities to support the work of local authorities across the following areas:
•Housing delivery strategy; and
•Planning strategy.
The output of this work will be a report outlining the key opportunities within housing and planning policy for more effective combined authority involvement through collaboration with local authorities, and an indication of options for 'quick wins' in this space that combined authorities and their constituent members can consider implementing locally
