Description
After passing eligibility criteria checks and completion of Digital Road Mapping activities, selected beneficiaries will be offered the opportunity to undertake 'Made Smarter Leadership & Management Training'.
The Supplier is expected to deliver the Leadership and Management training via a series of "bite sized" modules over a 3 Month period. Scheduling arrangements should consider the busy, operational nature, of the day-to day roles of Cohort Members.
The training content should focus on building the capability and confidence of leaders to successfully implement Industrial Digital Technologies rather than teaching classical business management theory and tools. Training will be delivered through a blend of virtual sessions and, where necessary, face-to-face sessions. The training must include at least one physical Manufacturing site visit for Cohort Members to get a practical understanding of implementation planning, challenges and benefits of IDT adoption.
