Quotation for the Provision of a Space Utilisation Survey Across the Office Accommodation Portfolio
The Assets Section, within the Regeneration and Growth Directorate of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council are leading on the implementation of a recently agreed work place vision for providing modern and flexible council office accommodation for the Borough.
The base line information required to start the implementation of this vision has been identified as a requirement to have a comprehensive level of building information. The purpose of this commission is to obtain detailed data on space utilisation levels for both desk space and associated meeting rooms across four primary office buildings
