Description
Arts Council England are seeking a contractor to conduct an independent evaluation of the Virtual School/Cultural Sector Learning Partnership Programme (The Midlands), a Midlands-wide action research approach which develops learning partnerships between virtual schools, cultural organisations and Care Experienced Children and Young People (CECYP). This evaluation will consider delivery, progress against the anticipated outcomes and measures of success, impact on the programme participants, and the extent to which new, innovative and replicable approaches to support CECYP to engage with cultural and creative activities have been developed.
