Description

South Yorkshire Police and Humberside Police have a shared IT infrastructure that includes existing Tintri storage, which is used for the provision of server virtualisation and virtual desktop provisioning. Both Forces required expansion of this Tintri infrastructure to increase capacity and to replace legacy storage systems.

This provision includes new Tintri storage devices and software, associated support and maintenance and the extension of support and maintenance on existing equipment.

The contract is for the initial purchase of the equipment and for a subsequent 5-year support and maintenance agreement to cover the new equipment, and the legacy equipment.
