Description

Digital Catapult is looking for a partner to provide Facility Maintenance Services. The selected supplier will be responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance and Hard FM services.
The selected Bidder will:
- Carry out reactive works such as general handyman-type repairs.
- Have in place a management structure which includes supplying method statements and risk assessments.
- Man the site with qualified personnel for a four-hour period fortnightly or eight-hour period monthly during office hours.
- Handle any disruptive works, such as cleaning of air-conditioner filters, construction works, PAT testing.
- Handle emergency callouts (electrical, plumbing, glazing and air conditioning).
The following is outside the scope of the contract:
- Lift maintenance.
- Fire safety windows.
- Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
- Testing the fire alarm.
