Description

NHS England seeks bids from providers who have the capability to deliver Health Needs Assessments (HNAs) and Service Review Consultancy (SRC) for various Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) in the South of England. Bidders will be required to provide:

Thames Valley: SRC, Adult SARC full HNA and Paediatric SARC full HNA
Hampshire: SRC and Adult SARC full HNA
Kent: SRC, Adult SARC full HNA and Paediatric SARC full HNA
Surrey: SRC, Adult SARC full HNA and Paediatric SARC full HNA
Sussex: SRC, Adult SARC full HNA and Paediatric SARC full HNA
One overarching service model review across the SARCs recommending opportunities and options for cross-SARC working and economies of scale realisation

For avoidance of doubt, a separate HNA including a SRC report is required for each SARC (where specified) and one separate overarching service model review summary of all SARCs, with the aim to make recommendations for future service model development and/or cases for change is also required. The content of each combined HNA/SRC report will be as per the specification but, in general terms, will include a local health needs review, local future model options and recommendations. Full requirements for all work activities can be found in the specification.

As a result of the procurement, a single contract will be let to deliver all of the requirements identified, with a maximum total contract value of £116,000 excluding any applicable VAT.

This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
