Southampton City Council (SCC) intends to commission an integrated drug and alcohol recovery service that enables both the recovery and subsequent social inclusion of its users. The Councils' vision is to commission a personalised recovery focussed system that proactively encourages hope and aspiration, empowering individuals to achieve and sustain their own recovery.
