Description
Recognising the success of the Outsourcing Playbook, the Sourcing Programme have adopted a similar approach for Construction and infrastructure and includes the development & publication of a bespoke Construction Playbook which was produced in collaboration with industry.
Consultancy services are required to support the implementation of this work. This is necessary to add specialist skills to the programme and in order to both compliment and upskill internal resources.
