Description

The LCRCA wishes to appoint a consultant to join its investment team for a period of 12 months. The preferred bidder (the "Consultant") will provide land and property advisory services demonstrating significant conventional public sector regeneration acumen. The Consultant will work as an integral part of the team in Mann Island supporting the delivery of new projects alongside those previously approved for SIF funding prior to September 2020 (known internally as SIF Rounds I and 2).
