Description

Grounds maintenance for the Phase 1 area of an employment park in southern Staffordshire. The work will entail grass cutting, woodland management, management of poolside vegetation including reed removal, litter picking, footpath maintenance, fencing maintenance. The provider will be expected to inspect and report on the condition of the site. From time to time additional work may be required such as tree planting or fencing.
