Southampton City Council is currently reviewing its estate of large and small format outdoor advertising, with a view to procuring a new city-wide digital approach in 2018-19.

We would like to invite suitably experienced providers to a pre-market consultation day. The purpose of the consultation is to allow suppliers to showcase their products and services and explain how these might be beneficial to the council. This information will be used to help inform the business case.

Individual meetings will be scheduled for 1 hour each (maximum 30 minutes presentation, maximum 30 minutes Q&A) on the 12th December 2017; and time slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If demand is very high a further date will be added.

It is not the intention to impart any information at these meetings that wouldn't be included within the Tender Specification. Organisations who take part in this consultation will not have any advantage over those who do not. Similarly organisations not taking part in the consultation will not be disadvantaged.

Once you have registered, and accessed the Curtis Fitch portal you will be asked to confirm:

Meetings will be held at the council's Guildhall Square offices in Southampton. We will require contact details in case we need to get in touch with you in regard to the arrangements for this meeting.
