Description
HEFCE wishes to place a contract for the provision of support services to Design & Deliver "360 Degree Assessments" for its staff at the Middle Management Level.
.
This will sit alongside a 360 degree tool that has already been developed and used to assess staff at the Senior Management and Executive levels.
There are approximately 80 staff at this level, and participation in the assessment will be voluntary.

These assessments will form part of a leadership and management development programme being designed in house covering areas such as:
- Personal Impact
- Strategic Thinking
- Management Skills
- Leadership Skills
- Change Management etc.

This work will include, but may not be limited to, the following activities :
a) A client briefing meeting to fully understand the context of the training
.
b) Gaining an understanding of what "effective leadership" looks like at the Council, at Middle & Senior Management level and at Executive level
.
c) Identification of the various competencies that are to be assessed at the Middle Management level
.
d) Design a 360 Assessment system that will identify both the strengths of individuals and their development needs
.
e) Coordinate the collection of Feedback & its subsequent Analysis
.
f) Provide 1:1 Feedback / Coaching sessions
.
g) Provide feedback to the Council of any "emerging themes" at middle management level
.
g) Review the leadership competencies at middle and senior management, and Executive levels, and bring together to form a leadership competency framework
