Description

Blackpool Council is seeking a partner/s to explore opportunities to develop the following support for Children and Young People.
• Lot 1: Residential Care Provision
• Lot 2: Fostering / Family Based Placements
Individuals / companies may bid for 1 or both lots. It is anticipated that each piece of work will commence in June 2019 and will take approximately 12 weeks to complete.
Blackpool Council wishes to appoint partner/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid.
