Description
SOFEA is a charity. Our aim is to empower people to transform their lives. We are providing more food to more people and building support services around this provision. We are supporting more people through our employability and wellbeing programmes.
As we reach more people we need to ensure that we maintain and build the relationships we have with everyone we work with.
We want to retain our personal, individualised approach to ensure that we can do the best job possible.
To do this we need to build our capacity, by having systems in place that mean we have more time to work with individuals on a personal level.
Providing education, support and training for more young people and retraining more older people; growing our Community Larder membership and providing more food to other organisations needs an approach we can rely on, so that our service is consistent and successful.
We are seeking an organisation to design and implement a CRM solution for the organisation, using Salesforce.
