Description

The MCA have an enduring need to develop and publish non-routine work schedules to support 24/7 working in HMCG and I&T, together with 7 day rostering for DMSS Surveyors. The support agreement for Maritime Operations (MarOps) and surveyors capability lapses on the 31st March 2020. The
Aeronautical Rescue Coordination Centre (ARCC) support capability lapses 31st March 2021. The Agency has a new requirement to stand up a 24/7 service desk by June 2020.
