Description
This project is to provide Quality Monitor Services for a new build development scheme. Services expected of the successful consultant will include assuming responsibility for demolition and build quality of the scheme, and to liaise with the appointed building contractor to ensure any deviances are corrected. Work on the site is expected to start in Quarter One of 2021 and to last for 24 months.
The development is located on Chell Heath Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 8UW. The development is currently awaiting the demolition of the current buildings, leading to the construction of a new 113 unit supported housing scheme for older people, along with parking, landscaped areas and extensive communal spaces for residents such as living and dining areas, a scooter storage room and assisted bathroom. The site will also include a manager's office and meeting room.
