Description
The Council is seeking to award a framework to provide Road Closure Steward, Car Parking Steward and Visitor Management Stewards/Security. The initial call off from this framework will be for 3 events in 2018:
• Tall Ships Races 2018
• Sunderland International Airshow 2018
• Sunderland Illuminations 2018
The framework will be split into two lots; bidders can apply for one or both lots however successful bidders in the tender will only be awarded one lot. The framework will be awarded on a ranked supplier basis. It is envisaged the top three highest ranked suppliers will be appointed to this framework per lot.
The bidder with the highest total score will be allocated the Lot they have indicated as their first preference. The bidder with the second highest total score will be allocated their highest preferred Lot depending on what Lot is unallocated.
